Practical
Ideas for Managing Stress

This
three-hour session provides participants practical ideas for
themselves and their children. Stress is something all of
us experience regularly. What’s important is knowing
how to deal with all that tension! Leave your burdens at the
door, come out feeling more relaxed and in balance. Dress
comfortably, as this workshop is fully interactive. Be prepared
to participate in some simple yoga positions with accompanying
poetry. Participants will receive a packet of materials which
includes a short list of children's books.
